Where Is Jackie in Relation to Nationals Park and Audi Field?
Jackie Restaurant is an American restaurant at 79 Potomac Ave SE in Navy Yard, Washington DC. In the restaurant's own words, it sits on the bank of the Anacostia River, across from the Nationals Ballpark and Audi Field. If you are searching for restaurants near Nationals Park or restaurants near Audi Field, this is one address that answers both.
The two stadiums frame the same avenue. Nationals Park stands on South Capitol Street SE, and Audi Field's address is 100 Potomac Ave SW, on the far side of South Capitol Street from the restaurant. Read the quadrant when you type the address: Jackie is SE, the soccer stadium is SW, and South Capitol Street is the line between them.
This page is the evergreen guide to eating at Jackie around a game: what a game-night table looks like, when each stadium is in season, which weeknight offers happen to line up, and how to arrive. For the step-by-step pre-game routine there is a separate pre-game dinner at Jackie guide.
What Does a Game-Night Dinner at Jackie Look Like?
The menu is the work of Executive Chef Domenico Cornacchia: American cooking with world flavors, built on the dishes people grew up with and then updated. A game-night table usually means something to share, one main, and the check settled with the stadium lights already on across the street.
The current menu makes that easy to order without a long read. Prices below are the ones printed on the menu today; the kitchen notes that seasonal availability can change a dish without notice.
To Share First
Potato and crab croquette with spicy aioli, $14. A pound of Black Diamond mussels with wild fennel, dill, lemon, white wine and grilled baguette, $15. Daily baked house focaccia with olive oil, oregano and sea salt, $9.
One Main, Ordered Fast
The Jackie Burger, prime Angus beef with caramelized onion, gruyère and pomme frites, $23. Steak frites, a 12 oz Angus petite filet with maître d'hôtel butter, $35. Angus beef short ribs with butter-poached carrots, mashed potatoes and bordelaise, $36.
The Beers Brewed for Jackie and Dacha
Three beers on the list were brewed for Jackie and its sister beer garden Dacha: Dachnik, a 4.4% Helles lager by Weihenstephaner; The Offside, a 5.5% session IPA by Right Proper; and Dolly, a 5.5% blonde Belgian ale by St. Bernardus. Guinness, Port City and a full Weihenstephaner range sit beside them.
When Is Each Stadium in Season?
Between the two venues, something is in season most of the year. Baseball fills the summer, soccer runs into November, and spring football takes the quiet months. Check the team's own schedule for the day's start time; the restaurant hours below are the fixed half of the plan.
One constant across every season: Jackie is closed on Mondays, opens at 4 PM Tuesday to Thursday, at noon on Friday and at 11 AM on Saturday and Sunday, and serves until 10 PM every day it is open.
Washington Nationals (MLB), Nationals Park
The 2026 regular season runs through Sunday, September 27. A weekend afternoon game pairs with brunch, which runs 11 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays and Sundays; an evening game pairs with the 4 to 6 PM happy hour and dinner after it.
D.C. United (MLS) and Washington Spirit (NWSL), Audi Field
The 2026 MLS regular season runs to November 7 and the Spirit's NWSL season to November 1, so soccer keeps the avenue busy long after baseball ends. Matchday dinner here is a fall habit as much as a summer one.
DC Defenders (UFL), Audi Field
Spring football only, with no home games in the fall. When the Defenders are in season the same door applies, and the covered patio at Jackie, where dogs are welcome, is usually the seat to ask for.
Which Weeknight Offers Line Up with a Game?
The bar keeps the same offer every day the restaurant is open: from 4 to 6 PM, beer is $5, wine by the glass is $7 and cocktails are $9, weekdays and weekends alike. Because the window sits before an evening first pitch or kickoff, it is the natural pregame hour without being sold as one.
Two weekdays add a second layer. They are not game promotions, simply what the bar does on that day of the week, and the schedule sometimes lines up.
Martini Tuesdays
$5 martinis, at the bar only, from 4 PM. On a Tuesday game night the bar stools are the seats to ask for.
Wine Thursdays
50% off all wine bottles on the menu. The list runs from Prosecco and Franciacorta through a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and a Bordeaux blend, so a Thursday match is the night to sit down properly and let the game be the second half of the evening.
Friday Brunch from Noon
On Fridays the doors open at noon and brunch runs until 4 PM, then the 4 to 6 PM bar prices take over. Bottomless brunch, a choice of mimosa or bellini for the whole table with a 90-minute limit, is $35.
How Do You Get to Jackie on a Game Day?
The nearest Metro station is Navy Yard-Ballpark, and the P6 bus stops at M St and Half St SE, the 74 at Half St SW and O St SW. Parking on the block is limited, especially on game days, so the building's own advice is a taxi, a rideshare or public transportation. Jackie is a cashless establishment, so leave the bills at home.
Dogs are welcome on the covered patio, which matters on a matchday when the walk to the gate starts and ends at the same door.
